What can happen to my policy?
Once you’ve sent the info we asked for, we’ll review it, then we’ll contact you by email or letter within five working days.
After that we’ll do one of these three things:
- Your policy checks will be finished and nothing will change: If we confirm we already had the correct information, then nothing will change and you won't have to do anything else.
- We'll make changes to your policy: If we need to make changes, we'll let you know beforehand, explaining why we have to make changes to your policy. We'll also tell you if you have to pay anything or you'll receive a refund.
- We'll cancel your policy: In some cases, when we receive new information it means we have to cancel a policy. If this is the case, we'll let you know beforehand. Please note, you might be charged a fee if it becomes necessary to cancel your policy.
We won’t make any changes or cancel your policy without telling you first.
