How to manage multi-car policies when you’re the account holder.
If you’re the account holder (the main person in charge of all the policies under the account), you’ll receive all policy documents, renewal notices and updates by logging in to your account. This includes any changes or important information for every vehicle on your multi-car policy.
As the account holder, it’s your responsibility to:
- Manage the policy and make sure all details are correct and up to date
- Complete any checks we ask for, such as confirming driver details or payment information
- Contact us if you’re unsure about anything or need help
