What happens if I cancel my direct debit?

As part of your credit agreement with us, if you pay by instalments, you must have an active direct debit set up for the duration of your policy. If you cancel your direct debit and don't reinstate it within 14 days we'll cancel your policy. 

If your policy is cancelled, you'll still need to pay for the time you've been insured, any unpaid interest and our cancellation fee.
