When do I have to pay for my renewal?

Paying annually

We'll take the payment automatically on your renewal date from the card details on your account.

If you need to update your payment details, call us on 0333 321 9790.

Please note we don't accept cash or cheques as forms of payment.

Your direct debit payments will continue on your chosen date after your renewal.

You can see a payment schedule on your renewal invite, which you can view in the app or online in MyAccount.
