What happens if I'm not happy with my write-off valuation?

If you’re not happy with your vehicle's valuation, we'll ask you to send us:

•    Any new information you have about the vehicle.
•    Any concerns you have about the current valuation.
•    Your estimate of your vehicle's valuation. 

Our valuation specialists will review this information and aim to get back to you within five working days, but it may be longer. 

Please note, the advertised price for a vehicle is usually higher than the final sale price.
