What are your call charges?

Numbers beginning 0800 or 0808 are free to call from both mobile and landlines.

Numbers starting 0333 are charged at the same rate as standard geographical numbers and may be free if you have these included in your tariff for your landline or mobile phone.

Charges for other numbers are split into two parts, an access charge and a service charge:

Access charge

This is what's charged by the phone company and you can find it on your phone bills.

Service charge

This is what we charge for you to call us. Our charges are pence per minute and are as follows:

• 0844 or 0843 - 7p per minute
• 0845 or 0870 - 3p per minute
• 0871 numbers - 13p per minute
