Who can contact you about my policy?
You can add someone to your policy who'll be able to contact us on your behalf. This means you’re giving them authority on your account, including being able to cancel your policy.
We'll take their full name and date of birth, so we can identify who they are when they contact us. However, they won’t be able to change the address we send your correspondence to, so you’ll be kept up to date with any notifications for your policy.
