I can't log in to MyAccount or the App

We're sorry you're having problems logging in, we know it can be frustrating. If you've seen an error message, you'll find more information below about how to fix the problem.

Failed log in - If you see this message it means the details you've entered don't match our records, so please double check what you've typed in. You'll need to use the email address that's on your policy when you first signed up.

Failed registration - This means the details you're using don't match the information you gave us when you bought your policy. It could be you told us a different email address, so make sure to check it's the same one on your policy and then try again.

Forgotten password - Don't worry if you can't remember what password you used, just select Forgot your password? if you're using MyAccount or Forgotten your password? in the app underneath the log in boxes and follow the instructions to reset it. Don't forget your password is case sensitive.
