How do I make a payment?
If we've been in touch about an outstanding balance or you've missed a Direct Debit instalment, the quickest way to pay is by calling us on 0333 321 9801 (our opening hours are here). Just so you know, it takes up to two working days for your bank to tell us your Direct Debit payment has failed.

How to pay for your renewal
Unless you've opted out, your policy will renew automatically on your renewal date. So, if you pay annually (and we have a card on file that you've given us permission to use) or you pay by Direct Debit, there's no need to do anything.
