Why have you asked me to send in my documents?

Sometimes we'll ask you to send proof of your documents to validate the information you gave us when we offered you a policy. This also helps us make sure you're getting the level of cover you need.

If we've asked for your documents, send them to the address in the letter or email we sent you. If you don't have access to a scanner, you can send us a photo as long as it's clear and shows the whole document.
