Why is my claim still open?
We make every effort to close your claim as quickly as possible, but there are a number of reasons why your claim may need to be kept open for a while. These include:
- The claim is with one of our suppliers and is ongoing.
- We still need to finalise a settlement with you.
- We're trying to claim money back from a third party or insurer.
As soon as your claim is closed, we’ll let you know by email or letter.
