Is my boiler covered?

This will depend on whether you have home emergency cover. We have three types of home insurance policy:

  • Hastings Essential
  • Hastings Direct
  • Hastings Premier.

Home emergency cover is included as a standard feature on our Hastings Premier policies. 
You have the option to add home emergency cover to Hastings Essential and Hastings Direct policies. To see if you chose this additional cover, just take a look at your policy documents in our app or MyAccount.
