Can I use my own tradesperson/contractor?

If you know a tradesperson/contractor you'd like to use please let us know and we'll talk you through this process. 
If we agree with the estimate, we’ll make payment to you. You’ll then need to pay your policy excess amount to your tradesperson/contractor. 
Please don't to give the go ahead for any work to begin without agreement from us first.
