What do I do if I have two home addresses?

We will only insure your main residence or the property you spend the most time in. This means we won't insure your property if it's a holiday or weekend home.  

We don't provide insurance for landlords or any properties that are being used as an Airbnb. We're also unable to cover any properties which will be left unoccupied for longer than 30 days.

We may not cover you if your correspondence address doesn't match the address on your policy.

When getting a new quote, please use the address of where you spend the most amount of time. If you already have a policy with us and need to change your address, please call us on 0333 321 9801 (our opening hours are here).
