What's automatic renewal?

In most cases, your policy will renew automatically. Like all insurers, we do this to make sure you’re not left uninsured. So if we don't hear from you, we'll continue your policy for another year. 

In the final month of your policy, we'll let you know if we're not going to automatically renew it. 

You can also opt out of automatic renewal at any time by changing your settings in our app or MyAccount. Unless you tell us otherwise, this will make sure that your policy will end on your renewal date and you'll no longer be insured by us.
