How can I send proof of my signal blocking device?

We need to confirm that you have a signal blocking device (such as a Faraday bag) to use with your keys. Please send us an image of one of the following:

• Proof of purchase of the signal blocking device.
• The signal blocking device next to your vehicle’s car key.

So we can accept your photos as quickly as possible, please make sure:

• The image is clear, with good lighting.
• The photos are in colour, as we can’t accept any black and white images.
• We can see the front of your driving licence in the same image as the proof of purchase or the device.

How to send us this information
You can either:

• Upload your documents or information using our app or MyAccount. Just log in, go to 'Upload Documents' and follow the instructions. We'll then confirm when your documents are uploaded.
• Or attach any files, screenshots or photos and email them to policyinfo@hastingsdirect.com (with your policy number in the subject line). When we've received your documents, we'll let you know we’ve got them.
