After the policy checks are done, what happens next?
If you've sent everything we've asked for
Once we’ve got your information, we’ll check everything against your policy and let you know the next steps.
If the information you've sent matches what you told us when you took out your policy
You don't need to do anything, your policy will continue as normal.
If the information you've sent doesn't match what you told us when you took out your policy
We may need to do one of the following:
- Update your policy. We’ll send you a quote for making changes to your policy and there might be an admin fee to pay.
- Offer you a new policy. We'll look at offering you a new policy on the same or different terms.
- Cancel your policy. You may be charged a cancellation fee and you’ll need to arrange cover for your vehicle elsewhere.
