What's the benefit of auto renewing?

We want to make sure you never miss your renewal (and risk riding without insurance), which is why we offer to auto renew your policy. It doesn't cost any more than renewing in the traditional way, it's just there to keep things simple for you.

We'll get in touch about three weeks before your renewal date, to let you know your renewal price and if there have been any changes to your policy. We'll also let you know if, for any reason, we can't offer you a renewal.

If you're happy to stay with us, you won't have to lift a finger. Your cover will continue for another 12 months and we'll carry on collecting payments in the way we have been. And if you want to have a chat about your price or discuss what other options are available, simply get in touch.

If you don't want to renew all you need to do is let us know before your renewal date. You'll also have a 14 day cooling-off period after your policy renews, in case you change your mind.

And you can, of course, opt out of auto renewals or cancel your policy at any time.
