Why did your debt recovery team contact me?

We’ve contacted you as you’ve either missed a payment or owe money following your policy being cancelled.

Please get in touch with us as soon as possible on 0333 321 9796. All calls are confidential and our friendly team are here to help.

What to do if you miss a payment

We’ll contact you to arrange payment or let you know if we can collect the outstanding amount from the card linked with your account.

We’ll take time to understand your situation and discuss the options available to help you.

If your direct debit’s returned unpaid, we charge a missed payment fee.

If we’re unable to collect the missing payment we’ll cancel your insurance. We’ll give you notice before this happens.

If your policy’s cancelled and there’s an outstanding debt, we’ll contact you again to ask for payment of the full outstanding amount.

If you don’t contact us to agree a solution we may instruct a debt collection agency and charge you an administration fee.

We're happy to talk to a relative, friend or debt counselling organisation about your account, but we'll need you to give them authorisation first.
