How to change your preferred payment date

 

You can change your preferred payment date in the payments section of our app and MyAccount. Go to 'update Direct Debit details', select the day you want the payments to be taken and then tap 'Update'.

You'll be sent an email or letter confirming the change, normally within two hours.

If your next payment is due in less than three working days, we might not be able to change it in time – but any future payments will go out on your new date.

There's a limit to the number of times you can change your payment date online. If you get a message saying you can't change the payment date online anymore, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

We can talk you through your options and may be able to find a solution that works for you (including payment holidays, extentions and partial payments). All calls are confidential. We're happy to talk to a relative, friend or debt counselling organisation about your account – we'll just need your OK to do this.
