Why is Hastings Direct cancelling my policy after the policy checks?

We’ve reviewed the information you sent and found that it doesn’t match the details you gave us when you bought your policy.

 

Unfortunately, we can’t insure you based on these new details. This means we will be cancelling your policy.

 

If you didn’t send us everything we need

We might be cancelling your policy because you didn’t send us the documents or information we asked for in the time we gave you. So please check the latest email from us to see what else you need to send.

 

Just so you know, there may be a cancellation fee. This is in line with our terms and conditions.
