Policy checks help us make sure:
- We’ve got the right details about you, your vehicle and any extra drivers.
- Your policy is still right for you.
- You’re paying the right price.
- You’re properly covered if you need to make a claim.
Why are we doing these checks now?
We can carry out policy checks at any time during your policy term. This might happen because:
- We’ve spotted something we need to look into.
- We want to make sure no one else is using your details.
What do you need to do?
We’ll ask you to send us some documents, information or photos.
To see exactly what we need, please check our latest email or letter about policy checks. You can also find all your letters and documents by logging in to your account.
What happens next?
Once you’ve sent everything we've asked for, we'll review it within 3-5 working days and get back to you.
After we finish our checks:
- If everything matches what we already have, nothing will change and you won’t need to do anything else.
- If we find new information, we may need to make changes or cancel your policy.
Don't worry, we’ll never make changes or cancel your policy without telling you first.
