How do I cancel my policy before it starts?

If you cancel your policy before it starts:

• You won't be charged a cancellation fee 
• Please remember that if you need proof of your no claims discount, it will still be with your previous insurer as your policy with us hasn't started yet.

If you need to change your details - if you're moving home or getting a new bike, you might not need to cancel your policy. You could try updating your current policy details instead, so just give us a call on 0333 321 9801. You’ll find our opening hours here. 

If you've received a renewal quote but want to cancel your renewal - if you don't want to go ahead with your renewal, just let us know before your renewal date by calling us on 0333 321 9790. We'd love you to stay with us so, if you do get a better quote, call us with the details and we'll see what your options are.
