When do I have to pay for my renewal?
Paying annually
We'll take the payment automatically on your renewal date from the card details on your account.
If you need to change your card details, call us on 0333 321 9790.
Our contact hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 7pm, Saturday 9am - 5pm and Sunday 9am - 1pm.
Paying monthly
Your policy will renew on your renewal date, your direct debit payments will continue to be taken on your chosen date and for the rest of the policy year.
You can see a payment schedule on your renewal invite, which you can view in the app or online in MyAccount.
Please note we don't accept cash or cheques as forms of payment.
