How to change your preferred payment date
You can change your preferred payment date in the payments section of the app and MyAccount. Click on "update Direct Debit details" and then select the day you want to payments to be taken and click "Update".
You will be sent an email or letter confirming the change, normally it's within 2 hours.
If your next payment is due in less than three working days, we may not be able to change it in time - but any future payments will go out on your new date.
There is a limit on the number of changes you can make to your payment date online. If you're getting a message saying you can't change the payment date online anymore, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
