Why aren't my documents in MyAccount?

We’re sorry to hear you’re having trouble finding your documents in MyAccount. Try following these steps, which should help you find what you need:

  • Go to the MyAccount login page and log in or register.
  • Once you’ve logged in to MyAccount, just click the ‘Documents’ tab. If you’re using the app you will need to select ‘Your documents’. If you have more than one policy with us (or any expired policies), you’ll need to select the policy you want from a drop-down list.
  • Scroll down to the ‘Current Documents’ header. Here you can view, download or print any of your documents.  

The document you’re looking for will be called either: 

  • ‘Your Welcome Pack’, if you're a new customer.
  • We have made the changes to your policy’, if you've recently changed some details.
  • ‘Thanks for renewing your policy’, if you’ve recently renewed with us. 

You’ll need to look through the document to find your Certificate of Insurance.

Please note, if you've just made a change to your policy or only recently bought your policy, updated documents will usually be available within 24 hours.

Some of the documents you can find here:

  • Certificate of Insurance.
  • Direct Debit payment schedule (this shows your monthly instalment amounts and dates).
  • Renewal quote (sent a few weeks before you're due to renew).
  • Proof of your no claims discount.
