When do you carry out a credit check?

We run a soft credit check whenever we provide you with an insurance quote, including through price comparison websites. We also complete checks before your renewal and when you make a change to your policy that increases your instalments. This is only visible to you and us, and won't influence a lender's decision if you're applying for credit.
