How do I get my vehicle repaired?

When you contact us to tell us about an incident, as long as we think your vehicle is repairable, we’ll talk to you about your repair options. The first step is for the repairer to complete a damage assessment. When we’ve received the estimate, we’ll look to authorise the repairs.  

However, please be aware that once your vehicle is seen by your repairer, they may tell us that your vehicle is uneconomical to repair. If your repairer does tell you this directly, please don’t worry as Hastings Direct has the final decision. If this happens, we’ll contact you to discuss your next steps.
