How do I change my vehicle?

If you've bought a new van or are thinking of replacing your current one, you can update your details or check how much it would cost, by calling us on 0333 321 9801. You can find our opening hours here.

Updating your van after a write-off 
Once we’ve made payment for your vehicle, you have 30 days to add a new vehicle to your policy. You can add your new van to your policy by calling us on 0333 321 9801. 

If you don’t add a new vehicle to your policy within 30 days, then your insurance will end. You won’t need to pay a cancellation fee and we'll be in touch to confirm you're no longer insured by us.
