How long will my write-off payment take?

If your vehicle's been written off, we'll pay any settlement amount directly into your bank account to get you back on the road quickly. Unfortunately, we can only pay the policyholder, nobody else.

If you pay your policy by Direct Debit, we'll pay the bank details you use for your monthly payments. If you pay for your policy annually, you'll need to give us your bank details. Any payment made to you will be received within two working days.

Payments by cheque can take up to seven working days to arrive.
