Why is Hasting Direct changing my policy after the policy checks?

If you didn't send us the documents we asked for by the time we gave you, we might have to make changes to your policy to update your information. This could mean we need to charge you extra for your insurance and fees. Please check your email and see what else you need to send us.

We've reviewed all the information you’ve sent us and found it doesn’t match the information you gave us when you first bought your policy. We'll change your details so your policy is up to date and right for you. Just so you know, you might have to pay fees for these changes.
