What can happen to my policy with the policy checks?

Once you’ve sent us the information we asked for, we'll aim to review it within five working days and get back to you by email or letter.

 

After that, one of three things will happen:

  • Nothing changes: If everything matches what we already have, your policy will stay the same and you won’t need to do anything else.
  • We make changes: If we need to update your policy, we’ll explain why and let you know if there’s anything to pay or if you’ll get a refund. If you’re not happy with this option, please get in touch with us on 0333 321 9757 — we’re always happy to talk it through and may have alternative options.
  • We cancel your policy: In some cases, new information means we have to cancel your policy. If this happens, we’ll tell you first. Just so you know, there may be a cancellation fee.

 

We’ll never make changes or cancel your policy without telling you first.
