What can happen to my policy?
Once you’ve sent us the information we asked for, we’ll review it. We’ll then contact you by email or letter within five working days.
After that, we’ll do one of these three things:
We won't change anything: If we confirm we already had the correct information, then nothing will change and you won't have to do anything else.
We'll make changes to your policy: If we need to make changes, we'll let you know beforehand, explaining why we have to make them. We'll also tell you if you have to pay anything or if you'll receive a refund.
We'll cancel your policy: In some cases, when we get new information, it means we have to cancel a policy. If this is the case, we'll tell you beforehand. Just so you know, we might have to charge you a fee if we need to cancel your policy.
We won’t make any changes or cancel your policy without telling you first.
