How can I send proof of my signal blocking device?

If we've asked you to send us proof you have a signal blocking device (such as a Faraday bag) to use with your vehicle keys, please send us one of the following:

• A clear image of the signal blocking device next to your car key (where the image isn’t blurred, cut off or covered).
• A proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice.

So we can accept your photos as quickly as possible, please make sure:

• The image is clear, with good lighting.
• The photos are in colour, as we can’t accept any black and white images.
• We can see the front of your driving licence in the same image as the proof of purchase or the device.

How to send us this information

The easiest way to share this information is by logging in to your account. Just log in, go to 'Upload Documents' and follow the instructions. We'll then confirm when your documents are uploaded.
