How do I download my documents?

All your documents are saved securely in the app or online in MyAccount. Just log in, go to the Documents section and select the one you want to download.Some of the documents you can find here include your:

• Certificate of Insurance (this will be in your welcome documents, renewal documents or in the documents that confirm changes made to your policy - whatever is the most recent).
• Direct Debit payment schedule (this shows your monthly instalment amounts and dates).
• Renewal quote (sent a few weeks before you're due to renew).
• Proof of no claims discount.

Where are my downloaded documents stored on my iOS device?
When you download a document in the app or MyAccount, you'll be asked where you want to save it. Downloaded documents are usually saved in the Files app in the iCloud Drive folder, under 'Downloads'.
