How do I change my instalment date?

The simplest way to change your instalment date is in the app. You can also do this in MyAccount.

Simply log in:

  1. Go to Payments and select Update DD details.
  2. Fill out the new details and select Update.
  3. You'll be sent an email or letter confirming your details have been changed, normally within two hours.

If your next payment is due in less than three working days, we may not be able to change it in time, but any future payments will go out on your new date.

If you're worried about paying for your insurance
