Why don't all of my YouDrive trips appear?
There are several reasons you may not be able to see all of your trips. Some of the most common causes are:
- We've removed your trip because we didn't have enough accurate data to score you correctly, or because it was a really short trip (it takes time to activate the tab as we need to make sure we only record when you drive).
- The tab may not be paired to the app or you may not have the correct settings switched on. Log into the app and check if there are any error messages.
- A low phone battery can affect the recording of your trips, so make sure your phone's always charged.
- You may not be using the latest version of the app. Check if there any available updates in your phone's app store.
- If the wifi only setting in the app is selected, make sure you regularly connect to wifi to send your driving data.
- A bad phone signal could stop your driving data being shared. Make sure you have phone signal regularly or connect to wifi to share your driving data.
If the odd trip doesn't appear then don't worry - just keep your permissions switched on, take your phone on trips and we'll contact you if there's any problems.
