Once you've signed up, your tab should arrive within seven working days. We may write to you before this to remind you that you need to set up the device when it arrives. If you're still waiting, don't worry. You can still use your car while the tab is on its way. If the tab still hasn't arrived after seven working days, just open our app and tap 'Message us'.
