How do I change my contact number?

We'll need to speak to you if you want to update the contact number on your policy. Please call us on 0333 321 9801. You can find our opening hours here.

To make managing your insurance even easier, our new Messenger service will soon be available to all customers in our app (some customers can already use it). To message us directly, just look for the ‘Message us’ option in our app. 

You can message us at any time, then go about your day and we'll let you know when we've replied. Otherwise, visit our ‘Contact us’ page for details of how to get in touch.
