Can I still call if I have the App policy?
With our App policy, you're expected to manage your policy in our app. This includes:
- Changing your car or editing the details.
- Adding or removing drivers.
- Adding a temporary driver or vehicle.
- Updating personal information, like your address.
- Managing your payments.
- Registering or tracking a car claim.
- Sharing your trip/location data with us through the app.
- Viewing policy documents.
If you need to send us a message, go to the home screen of our app and choose ‘Message us’ .
Because of this limited call centre support, our App policy is cheaper than our standard policies (as our standard policies have full call centre support).
