What's the benefit of auto renewing?

We want to make sure you never miss your renewal (and risk driving without insurance), which is why we automatically renew your policy. It doesn't cost any more, it's just there to keep things simple for you.

We'll get in touch about three weeks before your renewal date, to let you know your renewal price and if there have been any changes to your policy. We'll also let you know if, for any reason, we can't offer you a renewal.

If you're happy to stay with us, you don't have to do anything. Your cover will continue for another 12 months and we'll carry on collecting payments in the way we have been. If you want to have a chat about your price or discuss what other options are available, please get in touch.

If you don't want to automatically renew, all you need to do is let us know before your renewal date. You can opt out of auto-renewal at any time by changing your settings in our app or MyAccount. This will make sure that, unless you tell us otherwise, your policy will end on your renewal date and you'll no longer be insured by us. You'll also have a 14 day cooling-off period after your policy renews, in case you change your mind.
