What should I do if I can't make a payment?
If you're worried about your payments, please get in touch with us as soon as possible on 0333 321 9801, we are open 8am - 7pm, Saturday 9am - 5pm and Sunday 9am - 1pm. We can talk you through your payment options and may be able to find a solution that works for you (including payment holidays, extensions and partial payments). All calls are confidential and our friendly team are here to help.
We're happy to talk to a relative, friend or debt counselling organisation about your account, but we'll need you to give them authorisation first. Please don't cancel any payments or Direct Debits without speaking to us first. If you do miss a payment, you run the risk of your policy being cancelled and we don't want you to be left uninsured.
You can also get free, independent advice at any time from organisations such as:

All of the organisations above are not-for-profit, which means any money raised goes back into the cause to support others. Contacting us (or any of the organisations above) for help or advice will not impact your credit file. However, you might be offered options that may have an impact. The organisation will be able to answer any questions you have about this.
