How do I register for MyAccount?

It’s as easy as 1,2,3:

  1. Go to the MyAccount login page and enter the email address you used when you bought your policy.
  2. We’ll send you an email with a link to confirm your address – just click this link.
  3. Set up a password and you’re good to go.

You’ll then be able to log in to MyAccount (on our website or the Hastings Direct app) using this password and your email address.

If you don’t get an email to confirm your address

Don’t forget to check your junk folder. Just so you know, the link will only be valid for two hours. If the link’s expired, you can get a new one by entering your email address on the MyAccount login page again. Please don’t request multiple links at the same time, as none of the links will work.

 Once you’ve registered for MyAccount, you can:

  • Add, remove or edit driver details.
  • Make changes (such as changing your address, vehicle, licence plate or mileage).
  • Check or change payment details (this includes changing your monthly payment date).
  • Make and track a claim.
  • View, print or download documents and letters.
  • Find proof of your no claims discount.
  • Check if you're insured to drive other cars.
