How do I change my password for MyAccount?
Go to the MyAccount login screen and you can request to reset your password by selecting ‘Forgot your password?’. Please don’t click this button more than once, as multiple emails will mean the password reset link won’t work.
If you’ve already requested to reset your password, but haven’t received this email, please check your junk folder. Once you’ve received the email, the password reset link will be valid for two hours. If it’s expired, please go back to the MyAccount login screen and request to reset your password again.
When setting your new password, please follow these steps:
- If you’re using a browser to log in, please clear its cache. If you're unsure how to clear it, you can Google the steps for the specific browser you’re using.
- Don’t use a password you’ve used before.
