What is an endorsement?

An endorsement is a condition or rule added to your policy that requires you to take certain measures to protect your car. In return, we provide you with insurance. For example, we may insist that you use a steering lock, keep your car keys in a Faraday device, or park your car in a locked garage. These measures reduce the risk of theft or damage. If you don’t follow these, your cover might be limited or your claim could be rejected.
