Can I change the policyholder on my policy?

While it’s not possible to change the policyholder on an existing policy, you might consider cancelling your current policy and setting up a new one. If you need to do this, just call us on 0333 321 9801 (our opening hours are here). 

However, if you just need to change the policyholder’s surname, you can do this in our app or MyAccount.
