What if I can't pay my excess?

Please still get in touch with us about your incident, even if you are worried about the payment of your excess. To reassure you, an excess doesn’t always have to be paid. For example:

  • If the other insurance company accepts responsibility for the incident.
  • If you're just notifying us about the incident and don’t want to claim for any damage or for a new vehicle.
