Can I have my documents sent by post?

All your documents are saved securely in MyAccount. Just log in, go to the Documents section and select the one you want to download. 

Some of the documents you'll find in MyAccount include your:

• Certificate of Insurance (this will be in your welcome documents, renewal documents or in the documents that confirm changes made to your policy - whatever is the most recent).
• Direct Debit payment schedule (this shows your monthly instalment amounts and dates).
• Renewal quote (sent a few weeks before you're due to renew).
• Proof of no claims discount (NCD).

If you prefer something to be posted to you, you can also do this in MyAccount. Simply select Post next to the document you want sent. We'll aim to get it to you within seven working days.

You can also change your document preferences so you receive all your documents by post. Just go to the Settings page in MyAccount to do this.
