What's automatic renewal?
In most cases, your policy will renew automatically. This means, to make sure you stay insured, we'll continue your policy for another year if we don't hear from you. We'll let you know if we're not going to automatically renew your policy when you're in the final month.
You can opt out of automatic renewal at any time by changing your settings in our app or MyAccount. Unless you tell us otherwise, this will make sure that your policy will end on your renewal date and you'll no longer be insured by us. Please be aware that cancelling any Direct Debits you have with us will not stop your policy from automatically renewing. If you want to tell us to stop your policy from renewing over the phone, please call us on 0333 321 9790, we are open 8:00am-7:00pm Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm Saturday, and 9:00am-1:00pm Sunday.
